U92's Time Warp airs every Saturday from 10am to 1pm. We essentially become an Underground early FM station. During those pioneering days of FM, the dial's format contained mostly "classical" and Underground radio. We reflect and pay tribute to the loose underground format of those days. The Time Warp plays a great variety of music from the 50's through the 70's. It's not unusual to hear artists such as James Brown, Johnny Cash, Dick Dale, Yardbirds, Byrds, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Little Richard, Zappa, Yes, Genesis and much more. Our greatest music source comes from the thousands of LPs from the former WVU Mountainlair Listening Room. All of those LPs are safe and sound in the studios of WWVU-FM. Please join us each Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
